S-9018 Pisces Plus Drying-Type Automatic Car Wash Machine

  The S-9018 Pisces Plus is a premium full-automatic car wash system designed for high-volume operations. It features a heavy-duty baked-painted frame structure, powered by a 15kW 6-pole horizontal direct-drive motor, delivering both low energy consumption and high torque. The machine is equipped with an advanced GTM high-pressure physical pump system and a full set of industry-leading components from Schneider, P+F, Kinco, and XINJE.

  With a washing time of just 3–8 minutes per vehicle, the system consumes 80–200 liters of water and 0.3–1.2 kWh of electricity per wash. The detergent dosage is adjustable between 20–120ml. Operating at a water pressure of 60–100 kg/cm², it provides powerful, efficient cleaning from chassis to roof.

  The S-9018 features 4 built-in overhead drying turbines and 2 high-power “Hurricane Wing” side dryers, delivering a surround-drying effect with no watermarks. Each overhead fan reaches 2500Pa of air pressure. The smart drying system automatically adjusts to the vehicle size for optimal results.

  Equipped with customizable washing programs, a 360° rotating misaligned spray arm, a built-in chassis wash system, and an intelligent chemical blending module, this system ensures flexibility and superior wash quality. Additional functions include water wax and snow foam application, anti-scratch chemical cleaning, and an advanced triple-detection system for enhanced safety and vehicle positioning.

  This model supports multiple safety and energy-saving features such as automatic standby, auto-reset, power-off protection, electronic and mechanical anti-collision systems, and smart maintenance scheduling. Control is fully integrated via human-machine interface, remote diagnostics, and a handheld remote controller.
